Vegan Sausage Patties

Today we are going to make a delicious savory vegan sausage recipe, commonly referred to as “un-sausages.” These breakfast patties really do hit the spot for that chewy, slightly spicy, and savory flavor that so many of us love, yet have left behind in favor of a more healthy diet.
This recipe will make a generous amount of un-sausage patties, enough for a crowd, or possibly to freeze. They do freeze up well, so make a bunch! If you like to add patties to sandwiches, these are also delicious in biscuits or regular bread!
We just made a fresh batch and enjoyed them immensely this morning with whole grain toast, savory tofu, and some natural sugar-free ketchup. I tend to favor savory breakfast food, and I’d also enjoy these with some sort of potatoes, like hashbrowns or skillet roasted potatoes. Add some fresh fruit and you’ve got a great nutritious meal!
OATS–specifically, quick oats, are the main ingredient in this recipe. It is literally very easy to make. In like 10 minutes you’ll be shaping these into patties.
One note: grab a lid and rim from a mason jar to shape these. It’s the easiest way! You just cover that lid with plastic wrap and it makes a super easy way to shape the patties. See the YouTube video to see how this works.

Vegan sausage patties contain only plant-based ingredients, so they are a great food for satisfying your craving for savory breakfast food while still being heart-healthy.

There are a couple of strange ingredients, so I will link them.
