Vegan Sausage Patties
Savory and chewy plant based sausage patties, perfect for breakfasts and brunches

- 3 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1 Tbs Maple Syrup
- 2 Tsp Dried Sage
- 1-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 3 1/2 c Quick Oats
- 2 T Ground walnuts. May add up to 1/4 c
Preheat Oven to 375
Line Baking pan with parchment or lightly oil
Combine water and all seasonings in sauce pan, and bring to a boil
Add oats and walnuts, stir and boil 5 minutes
Let cool slightly to make it easier to form into patties.
Use Mason Jar lid lined with plastic wrap and form into patties
Bake at 375 15 minutes
Flip patties, and bake 15 more minutes
Serve with favorite breakfast foods or in sandwiches
