Praying for our Young Men, Day 2
B is for Brave.
I am praying that our young men are brave.
Not reckless or foolish.
Brave to
- Do what God calls them to do
- Choose true manhood
- Stand for their convictions
In the Bible there are many examples of brave men. to name a few:
- Jonathan
- David
- Daniel
- Caleb
- Joshua
- Paul
Bravery is the opposite of fear, cowardice, spinelessness. It stands up when others sit down or slink away.
I’m praying that God will help our boys to be brave.

I pray that my young men will hear the voice of God above the pull of culture and popularity.

My son’s name is Joshua. I think he’s pretty brave! I like these — are you going to cover the entire alphabet — which would be the entire month (essentially)?
Yes. It’s the best way to keep my brain organized and not be so random. Then I’ll have to do a few more to complete it out.
Perfect word for letter B. Sometimes it’s hard for young people to be brave but knowing that God is leading us will help get through the fear.

Yes. I can’t remember if I posted yesterday’s. I think I was on the road and did not share it with the group.
