Summary of Austin’s Recovery

I have several blog followers who only come for the blog hops! That’s perfectly fine, and when I’ve had time, I’ve also visited other blogs for their blog hops!

If you’re a blog hop follower, you may have missed the most terrifying/stressful/miraculous/encouraging set of circumstances that our family has recently gone through.

Our oldest son, Austin, had a terrible accident two weeks ago, with an excavator. He’s 19, and it’s been a faith walk, as well as a challenge in some respects. Rather than tell it all over again, I refer you to the nearly two weeks’ worth of posts detailing the drama admit unfolded, and how his recovery is progressing.

Start with this Facebook post

Then…you’ll find that on my blog here, there’s a new category in the menu, called Austin’s Recovery. On that page, you will find the updates, and can keep up with Austin’s progress.

Category:Austin’s Recovery

The latest post is this one:

Austin’s First Days of Rehab

And a couple of my favorites are these:

Reckless Love Austin’s Recovery Update

That was So Random—Or Was It?

Since this event and recovery overshadows everything, it’s what’s on the front burner. We’ve got a lot of other stuff going on too, like gas lines, putting up shiplap in the kitchen, and working on the pantry. I’ll get back to those!

Thanks for coming by, and enjoy your day!

God bless you!

Laurie
