Welcome to the Homestead Blog Hop!

Well…it’s Fall, and that’s my best time of the year!

Yesterday I was able to get out to the garden in the afternoon and I noticed that something was making my potatoes just lie there on the surface of the ground. No all of them, but more than a few. I took that as my cue to harvest some. I still have plenty more to dig up, but it’s a start!

Towards evening I drove down our road (one mile) because I’d been wanting to take a picture of the wildflowers. They are so pretty this time of year! I enjoy the bright color combinations!
