Chicken Soup for the Soul
I’m super excited!
A couple of weeks ago I did a LIVE on our YouTube channel telling you about a surprise coming! See that video here
Last evening, I did the unboxing of my author’s copies of the book I had the privilege to contribute to. Our story, Austin’s story, has been published in the latest collection of Chicken Soup for the Soul books, entitled Miracles, Angels & Messages from Heaven.
This book is about to go on sale, on September 17, which is coming right up!
God Stepped In
The reason I’m the most excited about this is because it spreads the message of how God intervened in our son’s life during and after he suffered a terrible accident a little over a year ago. I shared a lot of detail about this in real time, on this blog, and we were overwhelmed with the outpouring of love and support during that time.
Now the story gets launched into world in a more permanent way, and that excites me.
Here is that unboxing video, which explains a little. I will be providing more detail closer to the on sale date.
To get an idea of what the story is about, feel free to immerse yourself in my blog posts from that time.
Here’s a link to that category page, which can also be found by accessing my main menu tab, then Homesteading Journey/Family/Austin’s Recovery

God is good.
I just wanted to share the excitement with you, my readers.
The book gets released soon, and can already be Pre-ordered.
Thanks to everyone for your amazing support! Stay tuned for more details, including community events related to the release of this book.
Have a wonderful day, and let’s get hopping!
Laurie

- Try to visit at least a few other blogs at the party. Be sure to leave a comment to let them know you stopped by.
- Link your post back to the Homestead Blog Hop. If the hop isn’t linked to your post then you cannot be featured. All featured posts will be shared on all hosts’ social media channels.
- Please link up posts that you haven’t linked to the hop before. You are welcome to link old posts from your blog.
- By joining the party, you are giving the hosts permission to use one photo from your post with a link back to your site if it is selected as one of next week’s Features.
- This is a family-friendly link up meant to inspire and motivate the homesteader in all of us.
